Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into the request form on our home page. Depending on which fields you fill in, that is your name, company name, email address, phone number, the address of the property you want work on, and whatever you tell us about the project.

The form is provided by Jobber, the job-management software we run the business on. What you submit goes into our Jobber account. Jobber processes it on our behalf and has its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't set any cookies. This site sets none at all.
• We don't run analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no advertising tag on this site.
• We don't load fonts from Google. We host our typefaces on our own server specifically so your browser never has to contact a third party to read this page.
• We never sell or rent your information to anyone, for any purpose.

Marketing emails and texts

The request form has two optional tick boxes for marketing emails and marketing texts. They are unticked by default, and leaving them unticked does not affect your quote or your job in any way. If you do opt in, you can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in the footer of any message, and stop marketing texts by replying STOP MKT.

Separately from marketing, we will still contact you about the specific job you asked us about — that is us answering your request, not a mailing list.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, their servers record standard technical information when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use this only to keep the site running and secure. See Netlify's privacy policy.

Links to other companies

Some buttons take you off this site. When they do, that company's privacy policy applies, not ours:

• Acorn Finance — if you check financing rates. Financing is provided by Acorn's lending partners, not by us. We do not see your credit information.
• Google Maps — if you tap "Get directions".
• Facebook — if you visit our page.

How long we keep it

We keep request and customer records in Jobber for as long as we need them to quote, do and warrant the work, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you asked us for a quote and nothing came of it, tell us and we'll delete your details.

Your choices

Email info@ironwoodbuilds.com or call (601) 586-5800 and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we add anything that collects more information — analytics, advertising or online booking, for instance — we will update this page and change the date at the top before it goes live.
